Black Magic Cake

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 cup strong coffee, hot
• 3/4 cup cocoa
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil or 1/2 cup canola oil
• 1 cup milk

Recipe

• 1 sift dry ingredients then add oil and eggs.
• 2 alternate milk with chocolate (cocoa and coffee).
• 3 mix thoroughly.
• 4 batter will be very thin.
• 5 bake in a greased tube pan-one that doesn’t come apart because thin batter will leak.
• 6 bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
