Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 16 ounces chocolate wafer pie crust
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream

Recipe

  • 1 beat cheese until fluffy.
  • 2 gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk.
  • 3 add egg and vanilla extract.
  • 4 in separate bowl, toss 1 cup mini chocolate chips in flour, and stir into cheese mixture.
  • 5 pour mixture into pie crust.
  • 6 bake @ 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until center springs back when touched.
  • 7 remove from oven and let cool.
  • 8 for chocolate glaze, melt over low - medium heat, 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips and 1/4 cup whipping cream, stirring constantly until thickened.
  • 9 immediately spread over cooled cheesecake.
  • 10 cover and chill - keep refrigerated.
