Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups mini chocolate chips, divided
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 16 ounces chocolate wafer pie crust
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
Recipe
- 1 beat cheese until fluffy.
- 2 gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk.
- 3 add egg and vanilla extract.
- 4 in separate bowl, toss 1 cup mini chocolate chips in flour, and stir into cheese mixture.
- 5 pour mixture into pie crust.
- 6 bake @ 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until center springs back when touched.
- 7 remove from oven and let cool.
- 8 for chocolate glaze, melt over low - medium heat, 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips and 1/4 cup whipping cream, stirring constantly until thickened.
- 9 immediately spread over cooled cheesecake.
- 10 cover and chill - keep refrigerated.
