Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 1 egg
- 1 cup buttermilk (fresh works better than powdered)
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 mix wet ingredients together in a bowl.
- 2 add dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
- 3 heat oil on a griddle (or use no-stick spray).
- 4 drop batter by large spoonfuls onto pan.
- 5 turn when they are bubbly on top and golden brown on the bottom.
- 6 remove from griddle when golden brown.
- 7 eat.
