Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup cocoa
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate, divided
  • 1 teaspoon flour

Recipe

  • 1 (for best results, all ingredients should be room temperature).
  • 2 heat oven to 300 degrees.
  • 3 combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa, sugar, and butter.
  • 4 press evenly onto bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
  • 5 beat cream cheese in a large bowl until fluffy.
  • 6 gradually add sweetened condensed milk, beating until smooth.
  • 7 add eggs and vanilla.
  • 8 mix well.
  • 9 in a small bowl, toss chocolate chips in the flour to coat.
  • 10 stir in cheese mixture.
  • 11 pour in into prepared pan.
  • 12 sprinkle remaining chips evenly over the top.
  • 13 bake 1 hour.
  • 14 turn off oven and allow to cool in the oven for 1 hour.
  • 15 remove from oven and cool at room temp for another hour.
  • 16 cover and refrigerate.
