Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate, divided
- 1 teaspoon flour
Recipe
- 1 (for best results, all ingredients should be room temperature).
- 2 heat oven to 300 degrees.
- 3 combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa, sugar, and butter.
- 4 press evenly onto bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
- 5 beat cream cheese in a large bowl until fluffy.
- 6 gradually add sweetened condensed milk, beating until smooth.
- 7 add eggs and vanilla.
- 8 mix well.
- 9 in a small bowl, toss chocolate chips in the flour to coat.
- 10 stir in cheese mixture.
- 11 pour in into prepared pan.
- 12 sprinkle remaining chips evenly over the top.
- 13 bake 1 hour.
- 14 turn off oven and allow to cool in the oven for 1 hour.
- 15 remove from oven and cool at room temp for another hour.
- 16 cover and refrigerate.
