- 500 g bananas, mashed
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 100 g flour
- 62 1/2 g brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 280 ml coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together.
- 2 beat well to remove any lumps.
- 3 heat small amount of oil in frying pan.
- 4 cook pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
