Ingredients

- 3 eggs (separated)
- 3 teaspoons butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 2/3 cups buttermilk
Recipe
- 1 beat egg yolks and butter in large bowl.
- 2 combine flour, pecans, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
