Buttermilk Pancakes With Pecans

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 eggs (separated)
  • 3 teaspoons butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 2/3 cups buttermilk

Recipe

  • 1 beat egg yolks and butter in large bowl.
  • 2 combine flour, pecans, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • 3 add to egg mixture alternately with buttermilk.
