Cheesecake Bites

Ingredients

• 8 ounces softened cream cheese
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• cherry pie filling

Recipe

• 1 mix first four ingredients with a hand mixer until smooth.
• 2 pour into miniature muffin papers (about 3/4 full).
• 3 bake at 375 for 20 - 25 minutes until lightly golden on top.
• 4 cool.
• 5 top each with a scoop of cherry pie filling.
• 6 refridgerate.
