Ingredients
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- cherry pie filling
Recipe
- 1 mix first four ingredients with a hand mixer until smooth.
- 2 pour into miniature muffin papers (about 3/4 full).
- 3 bake at 375 for 20 - 25 minutes until lightly golden on top.
- 4 cool.
- 5 top each with a scoop of cherry pie filling.
- 6 refridgerate.
