• 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 3 eggs
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
