Ingredients

• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup chopped pecans
• cheesecake
• 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
• 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
• 1/2 cup sugar

Recipe

• 1 mix crust ingredients and press on bottom and 1 inch up sides of a 9" spring form pan.
• 2 mix cheese cake and pour into crust.
• 3 bake@ 300 degrees for 55 minutes.
• 4 while cheese cake is baking; beat until smooth topping ingredients.
• 5 take cheese cake from oven and spread topping on top, return to oven for 5 minutes.
• 6 set on counter until completely cool.
• 7 refrigerate at least overnight.
