Cheesecake Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
• 1 cup flour
• 1/3 cup melted butter
• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 mix crust ingredients together until crumbly.
• 2 reserve 1 cup of mixture for topping.
• 3 press firmly in 8" pan.
• 4 bake 12-15 minutes at 350.
• 5 beat cream cheese until smooth.
• 6 add sugar and mix.
• 7 beat in egg, lemon, milk, and vanilla.
• 8 pour into baked crust, top with reserved crumbs.
• 9 bake about 25 minutes, cool thoroughly and cut into squares.
