Blintz Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 package frozen blintzes (crepes filled with farmer's cheese, fruit jams, etc., usually 6 per pkg)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Recipe
- 1 lightly coat a rectangular pan or glass casserole dish with butter or margarine.
- 2 set oven at 350 degrees.
- 3 place blintzes in single layer.
- 4 blend ingredients thoroughly and pour over blintzes.
- 5 refrigerate overnight.
- 6 bake for 45 minutes.
