Blintz Casserole

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen blintzes (crepes filled with farmer's cheese, fruit jams, etc., usually 6 per pkg)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice

Recipe

  • 1 lightly coat a rectangular pan or glass casserole dish with butter or margarine.
  • 2 set oven at 350 degrees.
  • 3 place blintzes in single layer.
  • 4 blend ingredients thoroughly and pour over blintzes.
  • 5 refrigerate overnight.
  • 6 bake for 45 minutes.
