Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 cups icing sugar (confectioner's)
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 in a medium saucepan, combine butter and brown sugar.
- 2 cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
- 3 add milk; bring mixture back to a boil.
- 4 remove from heat.
- 5 stir in icing sugar and vanilla.
- 6 spread warm frosting immediately over cake.
