Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients

• Servings: 12
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2/3 cup applesauce
• 6 egg whites (or equivalent)
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1/2 cup cocoa, plus
• 1 tablespoon cocoa
• 3 (8 ounce) packages light cream cheese
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 3 eggs (or egg substitute)
• 1 tablespoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 for brownies: preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• 2 combine dry ingredients& wet ingredients separately- then mix together.
• 3 spray a large pan (9 x 13 or so) and pour mix into it.
• 4 for cheesecake: combine all well.
• 5 add on top of brownie mix and run through with a knife to swirl.
• 6 bake for 40-45 minutes or until done.
