Chocolate And Coffee Truffle Cake

Ingredients

- 16 ounces chocolate
- 1/2 cup prepared strong coffee
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 melt chocolate with coffee and stir until smooth. set aside.
- 3 in separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light.
- 4 fold in chocolate mixture until blended.
- 5 whip cream until stiff.
- 6 fold into chocolate mixture.
- 7 pour into buttered and floured 10-inch springform pan.
- 8 bake in preheated 350 degree oven approximately 50 minutes, just until center is no longer loose.
- 9 refrigerate until cold.
- 10 sprinkle powdered sugar over top.
