Best Ever Hershey's Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup cocoa
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 1 cup boiling water

Recipe

• 1 mix together first 6 ingredients.
• 2 add 7-10 next.
• 3 beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
• 4 stir in boiling water (batter will be very thin).
• 5 grease and flour a 9x13 pan and pour batter in.
• 6 cook for at least 30 minutes or more until the wooden pick pulls out clean.
