Cherry Cake Kossman

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• 3 eggs
• 3 tablespoons cream
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon clove
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 1 cup cherries, pitted, i used cherry pie filling

Recipe

• 1 cream butter and sugar
• 2 add cream or milk
• 3 add eggs.
• 4 sift dry ingredients
• 5 add to wet mixture
• 6 fold in cherries.( batter will be loose)( i used a cup of cherry pie filling ).
• 7 butter and flour cake pan ( i pam ed a 10 inch spring form pan ).
• 8 bake in 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until done.
