Cherry Cobbler

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 cans sour cherries, drained
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup oleo or 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 dash salt
- sugar, for top of cherries
Recipe
- 1 mix together by hand, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, salt and 1 stick of melted oleo with two eggs.
- 2 set aside.
- 3 drain the cherries and put in the bottom of a round cake pan.
- 4 sprinkle some sugar over top of cherries.
- 5 just enough to sweeten the cherries.
- 6 spoon the dough mixture over the cherries.
- 7 bake 350° for 1 hour.
