Ingredients

- 1 cup chicken, shredded or cut small
- 6 well beaten eggs
- 8 ounces bean sprouts, drained
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 heat griddle or pan.
- 2 beat eggs.
- 3 add bean spouts,onion,celery,soy sauce.
- 4 mix together.
- 5 using 1/4 cup meat-egg mixture for each patty, pour on griddle.
- 6 shape patties with a pancake turner by pushing egg back into the patties.
