Chicken Egg Foo Yong

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 cup chicken, shredded or cut small
  • 6 well beaten eggs
  • 8 ounces bean sprouts, drained
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 heat griddle or pan.
  • 2 beat eggs.
  • 3 add bean spouts,onion,celery,soy sauce.
  • 4 mix together.
  • 5 using 1/4 cup meat-egg mixture for each patty, pour on griddle.
