Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup flour
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 4 medium carrots, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup canola oil or 1/2 cup corn oil
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 100 g walnuts, chopped
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 180 celsius.
- 2 mix all dry ingredients.
- 3 mix all wet ingredients.
- 4 mix all.
- 5 bake an hour.
