Carole's Banana Bread Supreme

Ingredients

• 1 cup oil
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 3 mashed bananas
• 3 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 2 tablespoons hot water
• 6 tablespoons half-and-half
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 cups chopped pecans

Recipe

• 1 grease pans. divide into loaf pans.
• 2 bake: 1 hours for 2 large pans.
• 3 45 minute for 3 small pans.
• 4 toppping-.
• 5 bring to a boil.
• 6 spread on top of bread and put under a broiler for about 2-3 minutes--just until lightly browned. checking it often to making sure not to burn.
