Cheesy Flapjacks

Ingredients
- 85 g butter
- 115 g grated cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 150 ml plain yogurt
- black pepper
- 225 g rolled oats
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350f, 180c, gas mark 4. lightly oil an 18cm (7in)square cake tin.
- 2 melt 85g (3oz) butter in a large pan. remove from the heat and stir in 115g (4oz) grated cheddar cheese, 1 large egg, beaten, 150ml (1/4pt) natural yogurt, black pepper and 225g (8oz) rolled oats until well blended.
- 3 spoon into the prepared tin and level the surface. bake for 30 minutes until golden. remove from the heat and allow to cool in tin. cut into 9 squares.
