Brownie Cupcakes

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup flour
- 1 3/4 cups sugar (no, it's not an error)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 eggs enough water to make 1 cup liquid
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
