Boterkoek --- Dutch Butter Cake

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups icing sugar
  • 1 cup butter (room temperature)
  • 1 (2 teaspoon) package vanilla sugar

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together with hands until very well mixed.
  • 2 press into bottom of springform pan and bake in preheated 400°f oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
