Apple Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 (6 ounce) container plain yogurt or 1 (6 ounce) container apple yogurt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg (optional)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup milk (more or less, to desired consistency)
- 1 apple, thinly sliced
Recipe
- 1 beat egg; add remaining ingredients.
- 2 stir until smooth.
- 3 slap on a hot giddle, flip, then serve.
