Apple Pancakes

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 (6 ounce) container plain yogurt or 1 (6 ounce) container apple yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 dash nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup milk (more or less, to desired consistency)
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced

Recipe

  • 1 beat egg; add remaining ingredients.
  • 2 stir until smooth.
  • 3 slap on a hot giddle, flip, then serve.
