Buckwheat Pancakes For A Bunch

Ingredients
- 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 cups buckwheat flour
- 3 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup baking powder
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 18 eggs
- 6 quarts whole milk
Recipe
- 1 1. mix dry ingredients (first 5) together.
- 2 2. mix wet ingredients together.
- 3 3. mix wet mixture into dry mixture -- mix thouroughly.
- 4 preheat griddle at medium heat setting.
- 5 ladle 1/2 to 2/3 cup per pancake onto lightly oiled griddle.
- 6 cook for about 2 minutes per side.
- 7 these pancakes need to cook slower than normal pancakes or they will get too dark. serve with berries, syrup or apple sauce.enjoy!
