Ingredients

- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 3 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 2 teaspoons cocoa
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 1/2 cups oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 (1 lb) box powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 cup pecans
Recipe
- 1 beat eggs and add sugar. beat well.
- 2 add flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon, 1 tablespoon cocoa, pumpkin, oil, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. mix well.
- 3 pour into a greased 13x9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. cool.
- 4 mix powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons cocoa, butter, cream cheese, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and milk until smooth and creamy. add pecans.
- 5 frost cooled cake.
