Cherry Cheesecake Brownies

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 5 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (19 7/8 ounce) package brownie mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup dried cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chip

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350. spray 13 x 9 inch pan with vegetable mist.
  • 2 beat filling ingredients on low speed until well combined, set aside.
  • 3 place brownie mix, water, oil, and eggs in mixing bowl and stir with a wooden spoon until well mixed.
  • 4 stir in cherries.
  • 5 scrape half batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • 6 spread cream cheese filling over batter.
  • 7 dollop remaining batter over filling and swirl with a dinner knife to marble the batter.
  • 8 scatter the chocolate chips evenly on the top.
  • 9 bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until lightly browned. cool completely before cutting.
