Blueberry Crunch

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 20 ounces crushed pineapple
  • 3 cups blueberries
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 18 1/2 ounces yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 pour pineapple on bottom of 9x13 inch baking dish. add blueberries. put 1/2 of sugar on pineapples and blueberries. sprinkle cake mix over this. sprinkle with pecans and other 1/2 sugar. drizzle butter over.
  • 2 bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. punch down to release juices. then bake another 10-15 minutes.
