Bakeless Cake

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 40
  • 1/2 lb round wine biscuit
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1/4 lb sugar
  • vanilla essence
  • 1 egg

Recipe

  • 1 crush biscuits.
  • 2 melt butter, sugar, cocoa and beaten egg.
  • 3 when melted together add biscuits and a few drops of vanilla.
  • 4 mix well together.
  • 5 spread into sponge roll tray.
  • 6 press firmly.
  • 7 ice with chocolate icing and peppermint essence.
  • 8 refrigerate.
