Apple Pancake

Ingredients

- 3/4 cup refined flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 3 tablespoons oil
Recipe
- 1 for filling: 2 apples 1 tbsp butter 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder sift refined flour, salt, baking powder and sugar.
- 2 beat eggs one at a time.
- 3 add milk, water and essence.
- 4 whisk continously.
- 5 make a well in the sifted ingredients.
- 6 pour liquid ingredients in this.
- 7 combine with a few swift strokes.
- 8 heat a 5" griddle.
- 9 let the batter spread over the bottom of the griddle.
- 10 cook the pancake over moderate heat.
- 11 when brown underneath, reverse the side and brown the other side.
- 12 use a little oil for each pancake.
- 13 spread the filling on the pancake.
- 14 roll up and serve.
- 15 for the filling: peel, core and thinly slice the apples.
- 16 cook for a few seconds in butter and sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
- 17 keep aside till needed.
