Ingredients

- 2 (12 ounce) packages firm tofu
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon ener-g egg substitute, add powder to bowl
- 2 -3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, add more to taste
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. (i used 1 box of mori-nu firm lite and 1 container regular firm water packed tofu.).
- 2 pour into crust and bake in a 350degree oven for 30-45 minutes. it will be done when top starts to form a crack.
- 3 take out and cool. once cool, place in refrigerator and chill - it will be best the longer you wait.
