Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 slices bacon
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 medium potato, cooked and mashed
- 1/4 head cabbage, shredded and lightly steamed
Recipe
- 1 cook bacon slices in a large skillet and remove when crispy. crumble and set aside.
- 2 add onions to pan and gently fry until tender. add potato and cabbage. press together to form a large cake. cook until first side is brown then turn with a spatula and brown the other side.
- 3 slide out from pan and sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
- 4 serve with toast and/or eggs.
