Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 18 ounces butter recipe cake mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups blueberries

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  • 2 lightly grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
  • 3 combine cake mix, cream cheese, oil and eggs. beat until smooth. gently fold in berries.
  • 4 spoon into prepared pan and bake for about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
