- 18 ounces butter recipe cake mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups blueberries
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- 2 lightly grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
- 3 combine cake mix, cream cheese, oil and eggs. beat until smooth. gently fold in berries.
- 4 spoon into prepared pan and bake for about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
