Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup low-fat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 f.
- 2 mix all dry ingredients together.
- 3 add wet ingredients.
- 4 add whatever filling you would like or keep them plain.
- 5 line cupcake tray with muffin liners.
- 6 fill halfway.
- 7 bake 20 minutes.
