Banana Cake

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup margarine
• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 1/4 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
• 2 cups flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 mix together all ingredients until smooth.
• 2 pour into a 9x13 pan.
• 3 bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
