Carrot Cake

Ingredients
- Servings: 20
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups canola oil
- 3 cups carrots, grated
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 lb powdered sugar
Recipe
- 1 beat all ingredients in large bowl until smooth.
- 2 pour into 9 x 13 pan or 2 9" layer pans.
- 3 bake at 350°f 2 layer 35-45 minute.
- 4 13 x 9 45-50 minute.
- 5 let cake cool.
- 6 beat frosting ingredients until smooth.
- 7 frost cake. sprinkle on some chopped nuts if desired.
