apple crisp cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2/3 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 (250 g) packages light cream cheese
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup light sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 small apples, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients of the crust and press into a 9" spring form pan and up the sides as well and chill.
  • 2 combine all the ingredients for the topping until crumbly and set aside.
  • 3 for the filling beat cream cheese brown sugar and sour cream in large bowl for about 2 minutes or in a food processor until cheese creamy add eggs one at a time beating well after egg, add spices and pour into the chilled crust then spread apples over the filling.
  • 4 sprinkle topping over applesand bake 325 degrees for 65-75 minutes and cool.
  • 5 freezes perfectly.
