Cheesecake

Total Time: 1 hr 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 lb cream cheese, softened
  • 5 large eggs
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 mix sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and butter press in the bottom of the 9x13" pan.
  • 2 mix cream cheese with a mixer on low until fluffy.
  • 3 whisk eggs and add to cream cheese.
  • 4 add the sour cream and blend.
  • 5 add sugar, vanilla, salt and flour, pour into cream cheese and egg mixture and beat until smooth.
  • 6 pour mixture on to crust.
  • 7 place pan on the top rack and in the middle of a preheated oven at 275 degrees f and bake for 50 minutes and increase heat to 325 degrees f for 25 minutes.
  • 8 let cool and refrigerate.
