Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 lb cream cheese, softened
- 5 large eggs
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
- 1 mix sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and butter press in the bottom of the 9x13" pan.
- 2 mix cream cheese with a mixer on low until fluffy.
- 3 whisk eggs and add to cream cheese.
- 4 add the sour cream and blend.
- 5 add sugar, vanilla, salt and flour, pour into cream cheese and egg mixture and beat until smooth.
- 6 pour mixture on to crust.
- 7 place pan on the top rack and in the middle of a preheated oven at 275 degrees f and bake for 50 minutes and increase heat to 325 degrees f for 25 minutes.
- 8 let cool and refrigerate.
