Apple Butter Cake

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 1 1/2 cups apple butter
• 1 1/4 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup butter (softened)
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup raisins
• 2/3 cup chopped nuts
• 1 (12 ounce) can coconut pecan frosting (i use betty crocker brand)

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 350.
• 2 grease 13x9x2 inch baking pan, dust with flour.
• 3 beat all ingredients except raisins and frosting, in large bowl.
• 4 stir in raisins and nuts.
• 5 pour into prepared pan.
• 6 bake aprox 30 min or until cake test done.
• 7 cool and frost with the coconut-pecan frosting.
