Carrot And Zucchini Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1/2 teaspoon allspice
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups grated carrots
• 1 1/2 cups grated zucchini
• 1 cup salad oil
• 4 large eggs

Recipe

• 2 bowl mix all dry ingredients.
• 3 stir in carrots and zucchini.
• 4 in small bowl beat eggs, add oil, add to dry mixture and stir to moisten well.
• 5 bake in greased 9x13 pan for 55-60 minutes at 325f degrees.
