- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups hershey's syrup (16-ounce can)
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2-3/4 teaspoon mint extract
- 3 drops green food coloring
- 6 tablespoons butter or 6 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup hershey semi-sweet chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 cake layer:.
- 2 heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 3 grease rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches.
- 4 in large mixer bowl combine flour,sugar,butter, eggs and syrup; beat until smooth.
- 5 pour into prepared pan; bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched.
