Chocolate Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 100 g milk chocolate, melted
• 170 g butter or 170 g margarine, melted
• 200 g flour
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 250 g sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup walnuts (optional) or 1/2 cup pecans (optional)

Recipe

• 1 preheat the oven at 165°c.
• 2 mix flour baking powder and sugar.
• 3 add the eggs and the melted butter.
• 4 add melted chocolate and cocoa powder.
• 5 add the nuts (if wanted).
• 6 pout into paper cups.
• 7 bake for 20 to 30 minute cakes may not be completely dry.
