Ingredients

• 2 cups bisquick baking mix
• 3/4 cup buttermilk
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 egg

Recipe

• 1 beat all ingredients with whire whisk until well blended.
• 2 pour by spoonfuls onto a hot griddle, greased.
