Bisquick Bacon N Cheddar Oven Pancake

Ingredients

• 12 slices bacon
• 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
• 2 cups bisquick baking mix
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 2 eggs

Recipe

• 1 grease jelly roll pan. 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch.
• 2 sprinkle bacon and cheese evenly into bottom of pan.
• 3 beat remaining ingredients with wire whisk, until well blended.
• 4 pour over bacon and cheese, spread batter to edges.
• 5 bake 14 to 16 minutes until light golden brown.
• 6 cut into 6 pieces, serve immediately.
