Carrot Cake's Creamy Fudge

Ingredients

• 4 cups sugar
• 1 1/3 cups evaporated milk
• 1 cup butter
• 2 cups chocolate chips
• 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 heat sugar, butter, and milk until candy thermometer reads 'soft ball' or 240f.
• 2 remove from heat and add chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla. stir until chocolate chips melted. pour into 9-13 pan and place in fridge. serve when hard.
