Chocolate Cupcakes With Cheesecake Centers

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/3 cups sugar, divided
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/8 teaspoons salt, divided
  • 2 cups water
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350º.
  • 2 in a large bowl combine flour, 2 cups sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and 1 teaspoon salt.
