Chocolate Cream Filling

Ingredients

  • 250 g dark chocolate
  • 1/3 cup cream
  • 2 egg yolks

Recipe

  • 1 combine the chocolate and cream in a small pan, stir over low heat until chocolate has melted, remove from heat. whisk in egg yolks until mixture is smooth. slice cake in half and spread cream filling inside.
