Caramel Icing

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons light cream

Recipe

  • 1 combine butter and brown sugar in a saucepan.
  • 2 cook over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  • 3 add remaining ingredients; beat until well mixed.
  • 4 ice cookies and cakes with this recipe.
