Banana Oat Choco Chip Pancakes

Ingredients

- 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 cup mashed ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup mini chocolate chip
Recipe
- 1 combine dry ingredients.
- 2 blend wet ingredients in a blender.
- 3 stir wet ingredients into dry, just until moistened.
- 4 stir in chocolate chips.
- 5 pour batter in 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle.
- 6 turn when bubbles form on top.
- 7 cook until second side is golden brown.
