- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups pancake mix
- 6 -8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
Recipe
- 1 beat egg, add milk, sour cream and butter.
- 2 stir in pancake mix; mix well.
- 3 fold in bacon and cheese.
- 4 bake in preheated waffle iron.
